Mark E. Crone – managing partner

Mark is the Principal with over 23 years of corporate and securities law experience. Prior to re-launching The Crone Law Group. Mr. Crone was a principal and managing partner of The Crone Law Group from 2000 through 2013.

Mr. Crone has extensive experience representing micro-cap and small-cap publicly traded companies as well as emerging growth and established private companies.


Nancy Brenner – of counsel

Nancy Brenner has practiced corporate law at several prominent New York City law firms, with a focus on corporate securities, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital transactions. In the securities area, she has represented issuers in private and public offerings of debt and equity securities, including IPOs, secondary, and PIPE offerings.



Dorothy Vinski – of counsel

Dorothy’s practice focuses on start-up, emerging growth and middle-market companies and includes both company and investor-side representation in private equity financings, public offerings, securities compliance, general corporate governance matters, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. She works with clients in technology, healthtech, finance and Internet related industries.


Laura B. Siegal – of counsel

Laura B. Siegal, is counsel to The Crone Law Group’s Intellectual Property practice. Ms. Siegal concentrates her practice on trademark and copyright law for large multi-national corporations, mid-size companies, and start-ups.  She has over 27 years of experience representing clients in various fields and consumer products industries.


Richard A. Ryan – of counsel

Richard A. Ryan is counsel to The Crone Law Group’s Intellectual Property practice.  Mr. Ryan is a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office who primarily specializes in the preparation, filing and prosecution of patent and trademark and trademark applications.  With over 25 years experience as an attorney, he has assisted clients with obtaining over 250 patents.


Clark Trainor – of counsel

Mr. Trainor is an immigration attorney with over 17 years of experience. Mr. Trainor has worked for the United States Department of Homeland Security as an advising attorney to the Immigration Judges at the United States Immigration Court in Miami before serving as an Assistant District Counsel to the Citizenship and Immigration Service (then-INS) in the Miami District.
