Samara Thomas is a seasoned transactional attorney with over 10 years of legal expertise. Her practice includes domestic and cross-border transactions, making her an asset for clients operating in multiple jurisdictions. With a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions and General Corporate and Commercial Law, Samara has successfully advised clients on intricate, high stakes deals.

Samara has honed her skills in diverse legal settings throughout her career, including as an associate at Shearman and Sterling and as in-house counsel at The Dow Chemical Company.
