Eleanor Osmanoff is a business transactional attorney with over ten years’ experience in general corporate and securities law.

Eleanor’s practice includes domestic and cross-border matters representing public and private companies in various transactions, with a focus on IPOs and uplistings. Her experience includes bridge financing, secured transactions, acquisition of assets and stocks, mergers, share exchanges and assignment.  She is actively involved in issues related to Securities law, ongoing 1934 Act compliance work and navigating FINRA rules.
