Camilla Zheng

Camilla Zheng’s practice is concentrated on SEC-registered initial public offerings and listings on the NYSE, NASDAQ, and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate.

Prior to joining the Crone Law Group, she has worked with major law firms based in Beijing, China, where she represented clients in a variety of industries, including biotech, medical device, hospital, retail, real property management, automobile dealership and TMT, mainly assisting clients to complete their initial public offerings (“IPO”) in Hong Kong (“HK”). Some of her most notable cases include representing issuers and underwriters on HK IPO offerings, including Akeso, Inc., CanSino Biologics Inc., Excellence Commercial Property & Facilities Management Group Limited, Antengene Corporation Limited, Joinn Laboratories (China) Co., Ltd. (H-shares), and numerous other deals.

Camilla received her LL.M. degree from Emory University School of Law in 2016. She is qualified to practice law in China, and she is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
