Nick L. Torres is a corporate securities attorney, whose practice includes all aspects of corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on Mergers and Acquisitions. He has extensive experience with cross-border mergers and acquisitions, deSPACS, and auction sales. Nick also represents companies with securities offerings and public exchange listings.

Nick has in-depth experience with China-related business transactions and has business level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.

Prior to joining the Firm, Nick worked as a foreign legal consultant in a leading law firm in Beijing, China, and as a corporate Mergers & Acquisitions associate at a recognized law firm in New York City.
