Patrice N. Malcolm

Patrice is a corporate transactional attorney based in New York. She participates in representing U.S. public and private companies in corporate and securities offerings, private equity, debt, and asset-backed securities, including initial public offerings, primary and secondary follow-on offerings, registered direct offerings, mergers and acquisitions,  corporate goverance, compliance, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining The Crone Law Group, P.C., Patrice held various positions at other major New York law firms, including, Wachtell,  Lipton, Rosen & Katz LLP, Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, Debevoise & Plimpton LLP,  Baer Marks & Upham LLP, and Herrick, Feinstein LLP.

Patrice received her JD from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, her LLM in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center, and her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Rochester.  She is admitted to practice in New York.
