Johnathan Nixon is a capital markets attorney who provides legal counsel to both issuer and underwriter clients in public and private securities offerings. He represents clients in a variety of related matters, including initial public offerings and listing on the NYSE and NASDAQ exchanges, other equity offerings, investment-grade and high-yield debt offerings, and liability management transactions.
Johnathan also advises U.S. corporations across a variety of industries on general corporate matters, including corporate governance and SEC reporting and compliance matters such as ’34 Act, stock exchange, and FINRA compliance.
Johnathan received his J.D. degree from Howard University School of Law in 2017 and is admitted to practice in New York and Texas.
