Tony Patel has over 20 years of experience in capital markets, corporate securities, M&A, financial services, and business transactions. He has assisted numerous public and private companies in raising equity and debt capital in domestic and international markets. His expertise also includes complex mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, divestitures, and corporate reorganizations. Tony is a trusted adviser to senior executives, management teams, and boards of directors of growing companies, established businesses, venture capitalists, hedge funds, private equity, institutional investors, investment advisers, high-net-worth investors, and broker-dealers.

Tony received his Juris Doctor degree in law in 1999 from the University of California at Berkeley, with his final year at Harvard Law School. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, and with Phi Beta Kappa honors, in 1996 from the University of California at Los Angeles.
