Anand Saha is a Partner with over 20 years of experience advising on high-profile and complex cross-border securities transactions. He has advised corporations and the world’s leading investment banks on a broad range of equity and debt capital markets offerings that raised billions of dollars. His experience includes initial public offerings, Rule 144A/ Regulation S offerings, structured finance, high yield debt and liability management structures, as well as M&A and equity investments.

Prior to joining The Crone Law Group, Mr. Saha was a partner at two of the world’s largest international law firms.
