Richard A. Ryan

Richard A. Ryan is counsel to The Crone Law Group’s Intellectual Property practice. Mr. Ryan is a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office who primarily specializes in the preparation, filing and prosecution of patent and trademark and trademark applications. With over 25 years experience as an attorney, he has assisted clients with obtaining over 250 patents, including patents in foreign countries, and many hundreds of registered trademarks.

He has extensive experience representing corporations, mid-size companies and start-ups with protecting a wide variety of different types of products, machines, processes and tools and has been involved in various patent, trademark, copyright and other intellectual property litigation matters. Prior to law school, he was a petroleum engineer with Exxon Company, U.S.A. for over eight years.
