Nancy Brenner

Ms. Brenner has practiced corporate law at several prominent New York City law firms, with a focus on corporate securities, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital transactions.

Ms. Brenner currently splits her time between Israel and New York. In the securities area, she has represented issuers in private and public offerings of debt and equity securities, including IPOs, secondary and PIPE offerings. She is actively involved with assisting companies with their SEC compliance matters.

Ms. Brenner has represented public and private companies, both as buyers and sellers, in various M&A deals, including statutory mergers, stock purchase transactions and asset sales and acquisitions.  She has also represented investment firms and private companies in venture capital transactions.

Ms. Brenner received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
